Sunbeam 16.9 divided saloon

This exceedingly original vintage Sunbeam was bought new in chassis form in 1928 by a spinster who lived in Edwalton Manor, Nottingham. She

had the coachwork made by Simpson & Slater of Nottingham and had a division so that the chauffeur could not over hear her conversation.

She owned the car until she was 93 in 1964, then passed it to her Great Nephew, he did not drive much and the car went in to storage. The

Sunbeam was then purchased by Albert Ward of Turvey and then in 2008 the last owner bought it.

The engine has been rebuilt by the last owner and the mileage of 85900 is believed to be original.

A super motor car to drive, with ample room for the larger driver.
